After inheriting the power of Ashborn, the original Shadow Monarch, Jin-Woo gains Ruler’s Authority. This lets him control objects (and even enemies) without touching them. He can crush monsters mid-air, deflect massive attacks, and even move at insane speeds by pulling himself forward using this ability. 

It’s basically high-level telekinesis but way more aggressive. He uses this against Monarchs like Querehsha (the Plague Monarch) and Legia (the Beast Monarch), proving it’s not just for show—it’s a deadly weapon.
