One-Punch Man Season 3 Unveils Atomic Samurai Hero Visual

Fans of One-Punch Man have something exciting to look forward to in Season 3, as a new hero visual featuring Kamikaze, also known as Atomic Samurai, has been unveiled. Released on the series' official X account, the stunning new visual, designed by character designer Ryosuke Shirokawa (best known for his work on SPY x FAMILY), showcases Atomic Samurai in all his sword-wielding glory. 

This is part of the ongoing reveal campaign where a new hero visual is introduced each month, building anticipation for the next season.

Atomic Samurai’s Role in One-Punch Man

Atomic Samurai, one of the most powerful S-Class heroes, is renowned for his incredible swordsmanship and sharp battle instincts. His real name, Kamikaze, speaks to his lethal and swift fighting style. Using his signature katana, Atomic Samurai can slice through enemies with lightning speed, often rendering his opponents incapacitated before they even realize they’ve been struck. 

His "atomic slashes" are so precise that he can cut thousands of times in the blink of an eye. Kamikaze is known for his strict code of honor, holding immense respect for strong fighters and disdain for those he considers weak.

The hero visual for Atomic Samurai, created by Ryosuke Shirokawa, perfectly captures his stoic and intense personality. Clad in his traditional samurai attire, the visual emphasizes Kamikaze’s calm demeanor and readiness for battle. 

His katana is prominently featured, hinting at the deadly precision he’ll showcase in the upcoming season. Shirokawa, the animator brings his signature style of sharp lines and dynamic action to the design, creating a detailed representation of one of One-Punch Man’s most formidable heroes. 

Fans have already praised the visual for staying true to the essence of Atomic Samurai while offering a fresh, high-quality look.
